HRlogics UCM (formerly Unemployment Tracker) is proud to announce Joe Turner, has joined our team of unemployment claims management experts as Vice President of Unemployment Operations. In this pivotal role, Turner will spearhead Claims Operations, collaborating closely with HRlogics UCM’s seasoned team to oversee the daily cost control and compliance management of full-service clients.
Turner's extensive career in Unemployment Cost Management has seen him assume increasingly influential roles in UI Operations. Notably, he most recently led a team of 96 Claims Analysts and Hearings Coordinators, successfully managing a staggering 1 million Unemployment Claims and averaging an impressive 45,000 Unemployment Hearings annually.
Expressing his enthusiasm about joining the

In 2012, Turner took on a new challenge by venturing into the hearings space, where he successfully managed a network of independent hearing representatives, preparing witnesses and representing clients in unemployment hearings. His contribution included the development of standardized processes and tools that significantly enhanced clients' preparation for unemployment hearings.
Turner’s name is synonymous with excellence in the UI industry, earning respect from Fortune 100 customers and current HRlogics leadership who have previously had the privilege of collaborating with him in complementary industries such as employer tax credits and verification services.
