For the first two years, Unemployment Tracker offered flexible software to organizations facing complex UI programs, without a claims management service. Revolutionizing technological progress and capabilities, the platform's open architecture offered clients a transformative edge: delivering expanded choices, enhanced cost-effectiveness, and simplified integration. 

As Unemployment Tracker's accurate reporting brought the reality of our customers' UI program into light, the requests for a full-service cost management partnership came flooding in. Awakened to the costly realities of their UI program, customers needed a true partner to tackle the intricate, time-sensitive nature of the claims process.

Reimaging Third-Party Administrator Partnership

Committed to offering full-service excellence, the Unemployment Tracker team began to serve our customers, acting as Third-Party Administrators (TPA): handling all the paperwork, auditing all aspects of a claim to ensure accuracy, and supporting customers through burdensome hearings.

Immediately, customers began to see the impact of an expert-led UI partnership. With these champions in their corner, HR teams could focus on the mission-critical initiatives, and rest easy knowing their organization was benefiting from a dedicated team and the most robust software for unemployment cost management.

Pioneers of UI SIDES Integrations

The Unemployment Insurance State Information Data Exchange System (UI SIDES) is a digital platform created to simplify the exchange of data between unemployment insurance agencies, employers, and TPAs, helping employers achieve compliance with the Unemployment Insurance Integrity Act (UI Integrity Act). 

In January 2020, Unemployment Tracker became the first TPA to integrate with all six SIDES exchanges, setting itself apart from all TPAs and demonstrating a commitment to UI Integrity. 

Unemployment Tracker continued to be recognized for its commitment to UI SIDES by earning the Outstanding Performance Award for five consecutive years in 2018-2022 for its dedication to unemployment integrity. In 2021, Unemployment Tracker was honored for exceeding expectations, the only provider of TPA/Software to ever receive this award. Additionally, Unemployment Tracker's leadership holds a position on the board of UI SIDES, solidifying its commitment to UI integrity.
